Who are we?

Created by Byron Bay Chef Richard Tuohy, Image Food was developed to make things easier for those who are pursuing an energy filled, healthy lifestyle, whether you are the everyday person wanting to improve your wellbeing or a professional trainer.
Image Food is not about dieting, but about choice. Image Food does not tell you when or what to eat, but teaches you to control the exact amount of calories, protein, carbs and fats that your body needs to perform on every level. Whether you need to gain, lose or maintain your weight, you will be able to plan the right meals for your situation.

What do we do?

Image Food encourages eating whole foods that are unprocessed and unrefined, or processed and refined as little as possible before being consumed. Combining raw ingredients to create healthy, tasty everyday meals.
We provide an extensive food product list, detailing the exact amount of calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat values.
Image Food stores your personal profile, where you log every meal, which automatically calculates the calorie, protein, carbohydrates and fat intake. This allows you to easily manage your diet, whilst eating fantastic, fresh wholesome food.
There are endless recipes created by chef Richard Tuohy that are simple to follow and add that extra inspiration for your own meal creations.

With Image Food you will:

  • Record every meal in an online diary.
  • Set meal targets (calories, protein, carb & fat).
  • Use the fantastic recipes on the site.
  • Build your own recipes.
  • Review products and their values.
  • Communicate with the program designers asking for different products, help, hits and feedback.

Monthly Subscription

$50 for the first month, $40 for the second month, $30 for the third and every month after that will cost only $25.
You can also buy the subscription for a friend, partner, family member, client or employee.

  • What do I need to know before I start the program?
    The beauty of Image Food is how it educates its clients on the choices they make, so you don’t need to know anything about food to start the program.

  • I can’t cook, can I still use Image Food?
    Image Food has an extensive range of very simple, easy to follow recipes for the novice cook.

  • Do I need any thing else?
    All you need is a set or scales and a measuring jug, its that easy.

  • I have special health & medical needs, will the program be ok for me?
    Perfect, it doesn’t get any more tailor-made to your needs. You will be recording all your meals, which will provide a detailed description of your current diet for your doctor to assist you with your dietary changes.
  • Who can use Image Food?
    Everyone can use Image Food, as we are about educating you on the nutritional value of food and how to best use that information for you and your family’s needs. We will help you achieve your weight goal quicker no matter what age you are.

  • How will it benefit me?
    Image Food will educate you on whole foods. We will teach you the nutritional values of each food product, to enable you to choose the best meals for your weight goal. The benefit of using the program will speak for itself. After entering in 1 meal you will learn so much, especially about the amount of calories, protein, carb and fat you consume.

  • Why are whole foods better and what exactly are they?
    If you can’t see what’s in it don’t eat it, that’s our motto. In text book terms “Any food in its raw unrefined form. This includes all the unprocessed grain, beans, vegetables, fruits and meats.” They are unrefined making them pure, no mixes, no additives, tricks, preservatives or colours, just great eating.

  • Can I see the entire product list on Image Food?
    Yes, all the products are listed for you to view, displaying their values (calories, protein, carb and fat).

  • What if I get stuck, will Image Food help me?
    Yes, always, Image Food will be there to review your queries and help you if there are any problems. Image Food also has great tips to help you reach your goal quicker.
